TreeHouse Phase 1

Knudson Management engaged Lund-Ross to lead the TreeHouse project in 2021 to begin a thorough pre-construction process that met the established budgetary and financing goals of the project.

Working with the design team from the Schemmer Associates, multiple site layouts, structural systems and materials were considered for quality and cost. The collaborative process ultimately met all of the criteria required from the client. The completion of Phase 1 brings 86 units in 2 buildings joined by a unique above- ground link, enclosed parking a fitness center and community amenities.

Phase 3 is currently under construction and will add an identical structure and add further outdoor amenities to the 8 acre site. TreeHouse will be a transformative development along the former rail corridor just one block South of West Broadway in Council Bluffs.
