Wel-Life Papillion Assisted Living

Lund-Ross built the WEL-Life at Papillion assisted living facility in Papillion, Nebraska. The project owner and architect directed the construction of the 34,000 square-foot center from out-of-state, which required a great amount of communication which was established early in preconstruction.

WEL-Life at Papillion is a V-shaped, wood-framed structure composed of brick, vinyl siding, wood roof trusses and an asphalt shingle roof. Lund-Ross constructed 44 units into the housing facility and built enclosed courtyards for residents.

The project was completed on time and within the pre-set budget.
