Long time client, Cornerstone Associates brought another multi-family property to the Colorado market in the Denver suburb of Arvada. Legacy Senior Residences is a 72 one- and 2-bedroom unit complex that includes a variety of resident amenities including garages, fitness center, secure entry and charging stations.
The Colorado weather presented challenges that Lund-Ross was able to overcome with careful planning and scheduling. A great amount of coordination was required with city authorities to ensure that very specific environmental and code issues were met.
The residences have immediately leased up and been met with positive reviews from the community.
