Boho Flats

Lund-Ross broke ground in September of 2023 on BOHO flats, just South of downtown Omaha in the Little Italy district.
The new five-story mixed-use building has about 9,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space and 21 parking stalls on the ground floor. Floors two through five are 12 studio, 38 one-bedroom and 6 two bedroom apartments. BOHO flats sits on a very tight site bounded by businesses and residences and required careful planning and coordination with neighbors and city entities.
Lund-Ross worked with the development team and Alley Poyner Macchietto for nearly a year to maximize the property while meeting the budget constraints. The goals were met,and Spring 2025 saw tenants begin moving in.
