1000 Dodge Condominiums
CLIENT: Shamrock Development
LOCATION: Omaha, NE
ARCHITECT: RDG
Lund-Ross led the historic renovation of the 1000 Dodge building in downtown Omaha. The building is located on the edge of the city’s historic Old Market district and houses a unique combination of renovated lofts and new custom-built residences.
Lund-Ross constructed condominiums into the second and third floors. An addition was built into the third floor, and rooftop deck was added. The ground floor of the 1000 Dodge building houses commercial space an exercise room and storage for tenants. The underground space was transformed into resident parking.
The customization of the new condos posed challenges for Lund-Ross, The building’s location in the middle of downtown on it's busiest corridor required a great amount of logistical planning as streets bordering the project remained open throughout construction.
Customization of each condominium was a project within the project and Lund-Ross worked closely with tenants and design teams to create each unique space within the required budgets.
The project was recognized with an Excellence in Construction award from Associated Builders and Contractors.
