The Architectural Offices

CLIENT: The Architectural Offices
LOCATION: Omaha, NE
ARCHITECT: The Architectural Offices

Lund-Ross renovated a midtown Omaha building to serve as the new headquarters of The Architectural Offices. Located at 46th and Dodge, the building provides a more efficient location for the architectural firm.

Lund-Ross gutted the first and second floor of the structure and installed new electrical and mechanical systems. New floor accents, paint and other finishes were installed on the second floor to house The Architectural Offices. The firm was inspired by a soda can when designing their new offices, and chose electric green and yellow accents. Lund-Ross finished the first floor of the building as a “white box” space for future tenants.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) construction techniques and finishes were used throughout the renovation project to make the building more energy efficient. Lund-Ross completed construction in November 2009, and the 4610 Dodge Building became LEED Silver Certified in 2010.
