Exchange Bank

CLIENT: Exchange Bank Nebraska
LOCATION: Lincoln, NE
ARCHITECT: DLR Group

Lund-Ross served as the general contractor for the construction of a new branch bank facility for Exchange Bank in Lincoln, Nebraska. The project is Exchange Bank’s first branch in the capital city.

Lund-Ross built the 7,100-square-foot building on the south side of Lincoln in the commercial area of The Preserve at Antelope Creek. The building’s HVAC system was installed in the mezzanine level, and EPDM flooring was used to capture any runoff from the mechanical systems. Offices, storage areas, and a bank vault and deposit box viewing room were built by Lund-Ross on the ground floor. The bank features a main lobby area with a lighted dome, Maple wood-paneled walls, and granite floors, counters, and columns.

Lund-Ross completed the new bank in mid-summer, and Exchange Bank opened its first Lincoln location in August 2014.
