The Cohen Building received a 2022 Best Development Award from the 1000 Friends of Iowa in the Mixed Use Category. The Best Development Award winners are selected from nominations across Iowa and recognize projects that align with their Smart Growth Principles. Lund-Ross partnered with The 712 Initiative and Alley Poyner Macchietto on the project.
