Parsons House on Eagle Run

Lund-Ross was selected for a renovation of the Parsons House on Eagle Run senior living facility in West Omaha. Multiple additions created a pub, café, bistro, new gym, and a new stairwell. The lobby, courtyard and finishes throughout were refreshed and a new main entry and commons area were created. The project required careful planning and was phased to accommodate resident safety and access. At each phase a new work plan was created and coordinated with the owners and residents. 

The project was completed in phases through the Spring of 2022.
