Parsons House on Eagle Run

Lund-Ross was selected for a renovation of the Parsons House on Eagle Run senior living facility in West Omaha.

Multiple additions created a pub, café, bistro, new gym, and a new stairwell. The lobby, courtyard and finishes throughout were refreshed and a new main entry and commons area were created.

The project required careful planning and was phased to accommodate resident safety and access.

The project was completed in phases through the Spring of 2022.
