Immanuel Arboretum

Immanuel Communities chose RDG and Lund-Ross to undertake a major renovation of the Arboretum in Omaha. The space was occupied throughout construction and required careful planning of phases and each activity.

All common were completely updated along with a new fitness center, library and bathrooms. The main entrance to the facility was also reconfigured and renovated during this process.
