Creighton University Wareham Building

Lund-Ross completed a renovation of the Wareham Building for Creighton University. Located just north of downtown Omaha, the five-story warehouse was vacant for many years prior to the renovation.

The Wareham Building received all new mechanical and electrical systems. Lund-Ross installed new windows and elevators. The newly renovated building houses the Creighton University Relations department and the Creighton Medical Associates offices.

Lund-Ross finished the Wareham Building renovation on time and within budget. Lund-Ross continues to work with Creighton University on a number of projects as the campus expands in downtown Omaha.
