We were very pleased with our project team and direct contact and follow through with Larry Lundquist, President/CEO, Lund-Ross Constructors. Larry is the best estimator I have ever worked with over the last eight and half years. His GMP came in right with his estimate of nearly a year earlier. Very impressive.

YMCA of Greater Omaha

Lund-Ross completed a large-scale renovation of the YMCA of Greater Omaha. The 95,000- square-foot facility is located in downtown Omaha and is the city’s central YMCA.

The 30-year-old YMCA received modern updates like new cardio rooms, weight training rooms, and men’s and women’s fitness centers. The center’s jogging track was resurfaced, and the administrative offices were renovated. Lund-Ross also built a new childcare center with three age-specific activity centers that can serve up to 75 children.

The YMCA remained open throughout construction, and Lund-Ross worked diligently with the project owners to ensure the safety of YMCA members and staff. Lund-Ross completed the renovation of the YMCA of Greater Omaha on time and within budget.
