The Swartz Driscoll Building

The Swartz Driscoll building was completed in 1910 and has serviced a variety of purposes in over 100 years. Owner Laura Shiffermiller is working with AO architects and Lund-Ross to completely renovate the structure.

The lower level features over 15,000 square feet of commercial space. Two condominiums will be created on the upper floor.

The building is on the National Historic Register and the process will be coordinated through the Landmarks Commission.

Construction will begin in April 2018.
