Siena/Francis House Campus Expansion

Lund-Ross built three new buildings on the Siena/Francis House campus near downtown Omaha. Two new residential facilities were built with a combined 48 dorm-style units. Each 320-square-foot efficiency unit features a sleeping area, kitchenette, and private bathroom. A new 10,000-square-foot community services center was also built with administrative space, classrooms, and offices for 70 local nonprofit agencies that partner with the Siena/Francis House. Sustainable features like low-VOC paints, high-efficiency HVAC and lighting, and rooftop gardens were used throughout the project.
