Immanuel Corporate Headquarters

Lund-Ross was the  Construction Manager at Risk for the six-month renovation of a northwest Omaha office building into the new corporate headquarters for Immanuel. Immanuel is a Nebraska nonprofit that builds, operates, and maintains senior living communities and services in Nebraska and Iowa.

The former Park Place Office Building was built in 1986 and houses more than 70,000 square feet of commercial space. Lund-Ross is overseeing the interior demolition of the majority of the five-story building and the construction of new offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, restrooms, and a work café. One and a half floors remained occupied during construction, and a site-specific safety plan was prepared by Lund-Ross to ensure the safety of building tenants and workers.

The new Immanuel corporate headquarters was completed by Lund-Ross in January 2015.
