Hilton Garden Inn Restaurant Renovation

Lund-Ross Constructors renovated the restaurant space in the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Omaha. Crews remodeled the restaurant’s main dining room and relocated the bar. The new restaurant bar features glass and tile accent walls and ornate wood columns. Renovations were completed by Lund-Ross in October 2007. The restaurant changed ownership during this initial phase, and Lund-Ross signed on to complete further modifications of the restaurant space.

Lund-Ross installed new flooring in the bar area and private dining rooms. Booth seating was restructured throughout the restaurant, and Lund-Ross closed off the kitchen from the dining area by elongating the wall separating the two spaces.

The restaurant renovation was completed by Lund-Ross in time for the grand opening of the new Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops restaurant in Omaha’s Hilton Garden Inn.
