Bellevue Public Schools Lied Activity Center

Lund-Ross built the new Bellevue Public Schools Lied Activity Center in Bellevue, Neb. Lund-Ross built the neighboring Bellevue Public Schools Welcome Center in 2002.

The 60,000-square-foot community health facility is enclosed in a pre-cast concrete structure. The BPS Lied Activity Center houses three large gymnasiums, an elevated running track, locker rooms, weight and cardio fitness rooms, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, batting cages, and staff offices. The variety of surfaces used throughout the facility required a great amount of coordination with the associated trades.

The project was successfully completed by Lund-Ross on time, and the BPS Lied Activity Center opened in early 2003.
