Lund-Ross and AO Architects were presented a challenge to assist Milan Laser in readying their new headquarters to meet an expiring lease.
The 43,000 sf renovation includes a customer support call center on the first floor and new corporate offices on the third floor. The construction schedule was extremely tight, starting construction documents in the beginning of February, and the project was substantially complete four months later.
The team worked creatively with suppliers and subcontractors to provide high quality finishes and still meet the demanding schedule
