Lund-Ross completed a six-month renovation of an Omaha office building into the new corporate headquarters for Immanuel Communities, a Nebraska nonprofit that builds, operates, and maintains senior living communities and services in Nebraska and Iowa.

The former Park Place Office Building was built in 1986 and houses more than 70,000 square feet of commercial space. Lund-Ross oversaw the interior demolition of most of the five-story building and built new offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, restrooms, and a work café. One and a half floors remained occupied during construction, and a site-specific safety plan was prepared by Lund-Ross to ensure the safety of building tenants and workers.
