Lund-Ross was selected by Bank Iowa to construct a new branch on the historic town square in Clarinda, Iowa.

Field Day Development, Alley Poyner Machietto architects and the Lund-Ross team analyzed multiple concepts in preconstruction including renovating an existing building and how to adjoin the new structure with the 100 year old neighboring buildings.

The resulting branch is 7,000 square feet of structural steel and concrete that houses ten offices, two conference rooms, a large break area, a clear story lobby and a drive through.

The project met the budget and was completed on time in June of 2020.
