Budget-Driven
Lund-Ross’s residential building experience is rooted in Construction Management or Design-Assist projects. We understand how to meet design criteria while providing the highest value for a project. Lund-Ross makes value engineering more than just a concept; we apply it to each phase of the project, from design through construction.

Although many firms consider this a challenge, this is our preferred method of contracting. Lund-Ross has built a reputation as the general contractor of choice when the budget and schedule require maximum cooperation with the owner and architect.

Award-Winning
Lund-Ross has won many distinguished honors for its residential work. The renovation of the Paxton into luxury condos was awarded an Excellence in Construction Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and the local ABC chapter chose the Paxton as the region’s Project of the Year for 2007. Lund-Ross also won a Downtown Omaha Inc. Award for outstanding reuse and renovation in the Paxton project.

The Rows at SoMa, downtown’s first completely new neighborhood development in over a century, was also honored as the Project of the Year (2006) and was awarded an ABC Excellence in Construction Award.
