Lund-Ross Completes Wyoming Project
Legacy Senior Residence Opens in Casper

Omaha, Neb., June 25, 2009 – Lund-Ross completed the new Legacy Senior Residence in Casper, Wyoming, in early June 2009. The senior housing facility is the first project completed in Wyoming by Lund-Ross.

The new three-story building houses 54 units, community areas and a serving kitchen. Each unit features one or two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, storage space and intercom technology for emergency medical assistance.

Lund-Ross assembled a local team of Casper subcontractors to complete the housing project and broke ground in September 2008. Crews worked through the winter and battled a record amount of snow in Casper to complete framing. Individual units, including those with handicap-accessible features, were finished ahead of schedule.

Lund-Ross crews recently broke ground in Casper on a second housing project, the Cornerstone Apartments.
