Legacy Senior Residences, Colorado

Lund-Ross built the new Legacy Senior Residences in Fort Collins, Colorado. The housing development is located in the up-and-coming River District in downtown Fort Collins.

A team of local subcontractors was assembled by Lund-Ross to build the new four-story brick and precast stone building. Crews built 72 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units as well as exercise centers, community dining areas, and community social rooms. Sustainable products including a standing seam metal roof, energy-efficient windows and appliances, and low-VOC paints and carpets were used throughout the project. New parking and landscaping was also completed for the housing development.
