The Trammel Crow group from Chicago selected Lund-Ross as their construction partner on this luxury 55+ development in Sterling Ridge in West Omaha.

The facility consists of 162 one- and two-bedroom units, a large state- of-the-art gym, a salon, pool, bar and commercial kitchen.

There are four floors of wood framed space above a concrete podium parking area totaling 212,000 square feet.

The project will be completed in the Winter of 2019.
