Lund-Ross completed three phases of construction for the First Christian Church Orchard Campus facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Lund-Ross built the facility in 2005 and comleted a large parking lot in 2009. First Christian moved all of its operations to the Orchard Campus location in 2010, and Lund-Ross returned to Orchard Campus to complete an addition and renovation project.

Lund-Ross built the new 17,346 square-foot addition along the east side of the original 38,000 square-foot building. The two-story addition features new offices, classrooms and a new two-story youth center
with a stage. Lund-Ross renovated the old youth center in the original building into a new chapel for the church. A new amphitheater and first pit was also constructed along the new addition.

Lund-Ross completed the 12-month addition and renovation project at First Christian Church in June 2011.
