We work with architects and project owners to incorporate sustainable construction techniques, materials, and philosophies into all Lund-Ross projects. From the use of energy-efficient materials to a full LEED Certification, Lund-Ross can guide clients through sustainable building options and requirements.

Sustainable Project Planning and Budgeting

Design Reviews to determine the use of the following:

  • Reclaimed materials
  • Clean energy systems like geothermal heating systems and solar hot water panels to reduce facility operating costs
  • Low-VOC paints and sealants to improve air and water quality
  • Sustainable materials like bamboo flooring, water-conserving plumbing fixtures, fluorescent lighting, and Energy Star appliances

Jobsite Investigations to determine how neighboring properties and streets may be environmentally impacted by the project
