A St. Joseph Hospital nurse’s dormitory underwent a major renovation led by Lund-Ross to become an
assisted living facility. Built in 1962, the 15-story structure now houses 102 apartments, a library, theater,
chapel and post office. Nearly every interior wall was removed and replaced, and many structural changes
were necessary to accommodate the new functions of the facility. The renovation of living space was
completed on time and on budget.
