The Rows at SoMa Phases I and II included the construction of 13 buildings that house 70 separate units and
a common gallery space. Over 154,000 square feet of livable space was constructed, as well as all relating
infrastructure for these units. The Rows at SoMa is downtown Omaha’s first completely new neighborhood
development in over a century. The collection of modern rowhouses is located just south of the historic Old
Market district – hence the name SoMa. The completed phases were awarded an Excellence in Construction
Award and the prestigious Project of the Year title for 2006 from the ABC Cornhusker Chapter.
