Lund-Ross built 15 single family homes at the Pierce Point Housing site just south of
downtown Omaha. The units range from 1,100 to 1,350 square feet, and homes feature two to three bedrooms. Units were pre-sold before construction began,
allowing homeowners to work with Lund-Ross and the designers to complete each home with personalized details.
