In addition to completing the historic restoration of the Paxton building, Lund-Ross built over 30 condos into
the downtown structure. The Paxton condos feature all-new interiors with new windows and a choice of
Deco or Euro designs and finishes. Custom-built penthouses were built into the 9th, 10th and 11th floors.
Amenities include fireplaces, gourmet kitchens, master suites with walk-in closets and state-of-the-art
security. Other amenities in the Paxton include a new exercise facility, basement storage areas and a 25-seat
home theater. The Paxton received a 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award from
Downtown Omaha, Inc. and an Excellence in Construction Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). The Paxton was chosen as the ABC Cornhusker Chapter's 2007 Project of the Year, marking the fourth consecutive year that a Lund-Ross project earned the prestigious title.
