Lund-Ross renovated the three-story Old Federal Building in Lincoln into a 42-apartment complex; units
range between 555 and 1,645 square feet. The courtroom on the structure’s third floor – its ceiling was
lowered and its windows blocked out to reduce street noise – was restored and made available for community
use. Elements from the original structure like marble stairs, terrazzo floors, marble wainscoting, ornate wood
cornices and wood doors were restored and used in the project.
