Lund-Ross oversaw the historic renovation and conversion of the Bekins warehouse into the Joslyn Lofts.
The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure with large window openings, which gives it an enduring
stability that is well-suited for apartment renovation. The upscale apartments are finished with exposed brick
walls, cherry wood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The Joslyn Lofts feature designer kitchens with
concrete counter tops, walk-in closets, underground parking and private balconies that overlook Omaha’s Old Market district.
