This project involved the conversion of the original First National Bank Building into apartments, offices and
retail space. The upper 11 floors were converted into apartments, the second and third floors were turned into
office suites and the main level was converted into retail space. The structure’s historical status required that
the banking floor and lobbies be either restored or recreated; a new lobby was built to emulate the original.
Completed in 1989, Lund-Ross continues to provide tenant finish services for the Farnam 1600
condominiums today.
