Lund-Ross constructed a new building for Wyndam Place Senior Residences in Colorado Springs. The new 46,692 square-foot residential building houses 48 units and community areas. Each unit features one or two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and storage space. Handicap units were also built. All Wyndam Place units are equipped with intercom technology for emergency medical assistance. The new senior residence marks the first project completed by Lund-Ross in the Colorado construction market.
