Lund-Ross has completed three construction phases for west Omaha’s West Hills Church since 1999. Phase I
consisted of a 5,000-square foot nursery addition. Phase II included an interior renovation of the existing
church classrooms and a chapel and a 16,000-square foot addition of a gymnasium, choir room and storage
areas. Phase III was the construction of 27,750 square feet of new space inside what was a church courtyard.
The new two-story was completed in April 2007. The addition houses offices, a library, circulation space and
the New Geneva Lounge and sanctuary entrance on the main floor; classrooms and a children’s education
center were built into the lower level.
