Lund-Ross oversaw the renovation of 95,000 square feet in the YMCA in downtown Omaha.
Additions included cardio and weight training areas, men’s and women’s fitness centers, locker
rooms and a resurfaced jogging track. A daycare facility was also added. The renovation of the 30-
year-old structure required a strict schedule, as the YMCA remained in full use during the
construction process.
