Clarkson West Medical Center is a two-story, 85,000 square-foot medical clinic. Lund-Ross built the steel-
frame structure for Clarkson Hospital and eight additional owners. All tenant-finishes for the nine
co-owners were coordinated by Lund-Ross. Many of these owners required that their equipment be removed from their existing businesses and incorporated into the new Clarkson structure.
Extensive site work, including storm utility systems, parking areas, sidewalks, site lighting and
landscaping, were completed alongside the challenging construction project.
