Lund-Ross Constructors completed the historic restoration of the distinctive H-shaped Omaha Building for Kutak Rock, Nebraska’s largest law firm. Over 150 offices on 11 floors required all new heating, cooling, and electrical systems; new plumbing; and new elevators, windows, and lighting. The extensive renovation
included cleaning the exterior of pollutants, the restoration of the two-story lobby and the expansion of the atrium to stretch from the 4th floor to the top story.
