Lund-Ross oversaw the historic renovation of the Bekins warehouse, constructing the upscale Joslyn Lofts.
The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure with large window openings, which gives it an enduring
stability that is well-suited for apartment renovation. Lund-Ross finished the apartments with exposed brick
walls, cherry wood floors and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The Joslyn Lofts feature designer kitchens with
concrete counter tops, walk-in closets, private balconies that over look Omaha’s Old Market district and
underground parking.
