Details
The former Omaha Nut, Bolt & Screw warehouse underwent a historical restoration and apartment
conversion led by Lund-Ross. A kitchen area, large bar, dining room and brewery was built into the ground
floor. The two upper floors house 12 apartment units; existing skylights were rebuilt and a new roof was
added. All new windows were used in the renovation, with the front window wall restored to its historical
state.
