The 12,000-square foot, three-story Jobbers Canyon Restaurant & Brewery opened just a year and a half after a fire destroyed the third floor and roof and gutted other parts of its structure. The reconstruction of the damaged areas presented obstacles; once such challenge involved shipping new brick from Canada to match the original fire-damaged brickwork. The project was honored with an ABC Excellence in Construction Award and was chosen as the Cornhusker Chapter’s Project of the Year in 2005.
