An early Lund-Ross project, the existing 13-floor Hill Hotel was gutted and rebuilt into a mixed-use
residential complex. Over 60 one- and two-bedroom units were built into the hotel’s upper floors and retail
space was created on the ground floor. The original two-story lobby waspecial care given to the restoration of the marble entry and stairways.
