Details
The new Saddle Creek Records development encompasses two buildings and approximately 60,000 square feet. The south building includes offices for Saddle Creek Records, a distribution warehouse, two live/work units and the music venue and bar Slowdown. Non-profit Film Streams opened its two-screen theater in the development’s south building. The north building houses national clothing retailer Urban Outfitters, a coffee house and restaurant space. Seven loft-style apartment units are built into the structure’s top story and feature an open structure, sealed concrete floors, sliding warehouse doors and balconies.
