Lund-Ross completed a large-scale renovation of the Holiday Inn – Omaha Central in 2007. The
full-service hotel has 329 guest rooms, 54 suites, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool play area, and over 70,000 square feet of meeting space. An old restaurant on the west side of the hotel was
turned into a banquet space, and Lund-Ross oversaw the renovations of guestrooms, corridors, and the large swimming pool play area.
