Details
Phase I of the project consisted of the renovation of site improvements and the renovation of the
decaying hotel’s 218 guest rooms and lobby. A new 28,000-square foot indoor water park, arcade,
fitness room and meeting room were built. Phase II consisted of the construction of the only
convention center in Hutchison – 50,000 square feet of space – and a Houlihan’s Restaurant; both were completed ahead of schedule.
