Lund-Ross completed the renovation of the 8,000-square foot buffet located in the Council Bluffs
Ameristar Casino. All existing walls, ceilings and furnishings had to be completely removed before
construction began. The renovated buffet contains all new kitchen equipment and new serving and
seating areas.
