History

Lund-Ross Constructors is the collaborative effort of Larry Lundquist and Horst Rossbund. Now in its 24th successful year, Lund-Ross is an award-winning general contractor with annual revenues of $40 to $45 million.
Sharing a combined 75 years experience in the construction industry, Larry and Horst launched Lund-Ross in 1987. The company’s first job was the conversion of downtown Omaha’s Mason School into apartments. The $1.2 million historical renovation was managed by Larry in the office and Horst on the jobsite, and was successfully completed with little staff.
Lund-Ross established its reputation in the late 1980s as a trusted general contractor with a knack for historical renovation. The revival of downtown Omaha’s historical district can largely be traced back to many Lund-Ross projects, including the Scouler Grain Corporation Headquarters, Hill Hotel, the Joslyn Lofts, Westin Aquila Court Hotel and the Farnam 1600 mixed-use development.
Lund-Ross continues to lead many high-profile projects in the metropolitan area. Award-winning projects like the Omaha Building, the Paxton and the Saddle Creek Records development were all completed by Lund-Ross in recent years. Lund-Ross recently expanded to complete housing projects in Colorado and Wyoming.
Larry and Horst co-own Lund-Ross with Field Operations Manager Brent Williams. Lund-Ross employs a full-time staff of over 35 project managers, LEED APs, field engineers, superintendents, carpenters, field employees and administrative professionals.
Today Lund-Ross manages projects ranging from $20,000 to $25 million for churches, homeowners, real estate developers and Fortune 500 corporations.
At Lund-Ross, building your vision is our goal.
